Mantra Softech is a global hi-tech manufacturer of biometric products and solutions with in-house design and development team. We are expanding rapidly in Identity Sensors and Consumer Electronics globally.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a senior technology leader with deep experience in biometric identity sensors such as Fingerprint, IRIS, Face, and multimodal authentication. This role drives product architecture, R&D alignment, innovation, and global expansion of our Identity Sensor portfolio.

Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and roadmap for biometric sensors (Fingerprint / IRIS / Face).

- Work with hardware, firmware, and software teams for sensor integration.

- Evaluate sensor vendors, OEMs, and new sensor technologies.

- Own product lifecycle : design, validation, certification, deployment.

- Ensure compliance with global biometric standards.

- Collaborate with global clients and technology partners.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in biometric sensors / semiconductor sensors.

- Strong knowledge of optical, capacitive, and IRIS sensor technologies.

- Experience with module calibration, image quality, and embedded firmware.

- Experience working with OEMs/ODMs and manufacturing partners.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
