- Defining and delivering the product roadmap for platform capabilities including governance, workflow management, platform features, and API integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Take full ownership of the design, development, and launch of new tools or product features from conception to execution.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize platform scalability, reliability, and performance improvements.
- Write product requirements for Platform, assist with sprint planning, and validate releases to ensure real-world value.
- Conduct market and competitive research to build product strategy.
- Partner with client-facing teams to gather feedback and ensure platform features address customer pain points.
- Track product KPIs and work with analytics teams to measure adoption, engagement, and performance.
- Contribute to documentation, release notes, and training material for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in B2B SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
- Passion for AI/ML technologies and interest in the insurance/fintech space
