- Experience : 8 to 12 Years (Minimum 5 Years in Tenant Health & Transformation)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Workday tenant health & transformation programs, driving optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

- Own Workday tenant strategy, including configuration governance, environment management, and deployment planning.

- Oversee Workday HCM configurations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and adherence to best practices.

- Conduct Workday tenant health assessments, identifying performance gaps, integration inefficiencies, and data inconsistencies.

- Develop and enforce Workday configuration standards, technical documentation, and system design best practices.

- Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional business teams to align Workday solutions with enterprise strategies.

- Drive system upgrades, release management, regression testing, and environment refresh planning.

- Provide technical leadership for integrations, reports, and data management initiatives.

- Lead a team of Workday technical consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.

- Ensure Workday data integrity, security management, and system scalability across global operations.

- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven insights through Workday reporting and analytics.

- Support Workday Extend and advanced automation initiatives to enhance platform capability and ROI.

Qualifications :

- 8 to 12 years of total Workday experience, with at least 5+ years managing tenant health & transformation initiatives.

- Workday certifications in HCM Core, Integrations, or Reporting are highly desirable.

- Proven experience managing large Workday technical teams and complex transformation projects.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
