Manager - Software Testing

Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead Software Testing with strong expertise in Infotainment HIL Validation to join our growing automotive engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about validating complex automotive electronic systems using advanced HIL setups and simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain HIL test setups using ETAS, dSPACE, Vector Studio, Scalexio HIL

- Create and execute HIL test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

- Develop and integrate Matlab/Simulink models for system validation

- Perform system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting of HIL environments

- Validate automotive communication using CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet

- Execute tests using CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, INCA, TPT, Tessy

- Analyse results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams

- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies

- Exposure to HMI Testing is an added advantage

Skills & Expertise Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in Infotainment HIL Validation

- Expertise in ETAS, dSPACE (Configuration Desk, Control Desk, Automation Desk), Vector Tools

- Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink

- Experience with Scalexio HIL systems

- Programming knowledge in Python, C#, Perl, VB.Net

- Exposure to MiL / SiL testing (Silver level experience preferred)

- Solid understanding of automotive embedded systems
