We are seeking an experienced Manager Software Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Define and enforce software architecture, coding standards, and integration strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, coding best practices, and security protocols.

- Oversee Agile development cycles, testing strategies, and release documentation.

- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Skills :

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 610 years of experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar development tools.

- Solid understanding of software integration and communication protocols.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, coding standards, and software testing processes.
