We are seeking a Manager of Prompt Engineering to join our team and lead the development of effective prompts for AI agents, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

- Draft and optimize prompts/instructions for AI agents : Create clear and concise prompts that guide AI agents in delivering accurate and relevant responses.

- Embed logic and context to ensure desired output quality : Integrate logical frameworks and contextual information into prompts to enhance the quality of AI outputs.

- Test prompts against operational use cases and refine continuously : Conduct rigorous testing of prompts in real-world scenarios, iterating on them to improve effectiveness.

- Collaborate with Ops and AI teams to align on process requirements : Work closely with operations and AI teams to understand process needs and ensure prompt strategies align with organizational goals.

- Monitor performance of AI responses and adjust prompts accordingly : Analyze AI response data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to prompts.

- Document prompt libraries for scalability and reuse : Develop comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries to facilitate scalability and efficient reuse across projects.

Qualifications :

- Experience in prompt engineering or similar roles within AI-driven environments.

- Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with machine learning models and their integration into business operations.
