Job Description:

- 12+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in engineering leadership roles.

- 3 - 5 years of experience with development (Java, Angular, JSP, Oracle SQL/MS SQL, Kubernetes, API Gateways) and extensive experience in building and managing APIs, MicroServices, and Relational/Non-Relational DBs.

- Proven success in building and managing high-performing global teams.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.

- Strong track record of delivering complex enterprise systems in production environments.

- Deep expertise in microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

- Strong experience with K8S, Java, Python, SQL, Splunk, and Grafana.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub), observability, and operational tooling.

- Experience designing high-resilience systems and backend platforms supporting Supply Chain applications.

- Exposure to AI/ML system and AI agent integration is a strong plus.
