About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant at the Manager level to lead our high-impact projects from our Bangalore office. This role is for a highly experienced professional with 7+ years of relevant experience, who will be responsible for overall project leadership, comprehensive functional solution delivery, strategic client engagement, and effective team management within Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, complemented by extensive Oracle EBS expertise.

Job Summary :

As a Manager, you will be the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery from strategic planning to post-go-live support. You will be accountable for the entire To-Be process design, comprehensive Fit-Gap analysis, and RICEFW management. Your leadership will be crucial in defining and executing data migration strategies, ensuring robust integration testing and UAT, and driving successful outcomes. This role requires exceptional stakeholder communication, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of consultants, potentially including pre-sales and solutioning activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project & Implementation Leadership : Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, taking full accountability for project success, scope, budget, and timeline.

- Strategic Design & Analysis : Spearhead To-Be process design, conduct in-depth and complex Fit-Gap analysis, and strategically manage RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) across all relevant modules.

- Data & Integration Strategy : Define, execute, and oversee robust data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and quality. Provide strategic oversight and support for comprehensive integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain robust relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and proactive issue resolution.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the primary functional liaison, collaborating extensively with technical teams on complex requirements for Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)/Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Application Express (APEX) solutions.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Provide strong guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of consultants across various modules and workstreams, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Pre-Sales & Solutioning : Actively engage in pre-sales activities, solutioning, effort estimation, and presenting compelling proposals to prospective clients when required.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure the overall quality of functional deliverables, adherence to best practices, and alignment with client business objectives.

Must-Have Skills :

- Overall Experience : 7+ years of extensive experience in Oracle Financials functional consulting, encompassing project management, comprehensive solution design, data migration strategies, complex integration management, and organizational change management.

- Implementation Leadership : Minimum of 2-3 Oracle EBS implementations and at least 1-2 Oracle Fusion Financials full lifecycle implementations in a lead or managerial capacity.

- Functional Mastery : Deep, hands-on expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Projects, Expenses, Tax, etc.

- RICEFW & Advanced Configurations : Masterful knowledge and extensive practical experience with RICEFW components, advanced data migration tools, and complex functional

configurations.

- Client Management : Proven ability to manage and influence senior client stakeholders, drive discussions, and navigate complex client environments.

- Team Leadership : Demonstrated experience in successfully managing, mentoring, and leading a team of functional consultants.

- Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving highly complex business and technical challenges.

- Technical Familiarity : Strong familiarity with OTBI/BIP, OIC, and APEX capabilities and their integration with functional processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Extensive prior experience in leading consulting firms.

- Proven track record in pre-sales and solutioning activities.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills with a strong

executive presence.

- Relevant Oracle certification in Financials (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Specialist)
