Role and Responsibility :

- Lead end-to-end product management and consulting for Openlink Endur within the Energy & Commodities domain.

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business challenges and design effective Endur-based solutions.

- Define product vision, roadmap, and user stories, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Partner with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions in agile environments.

- Conduct workshops and requirement sessions independently to gather and clarify business needs.

- Manage and influence multiple stakeholders across geographies and business functions.

- Utilize strong analytical and presentation skills to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Mentor junior Product Managers or Analysts and promote best practices within the consulting team.

- Contribute to new business proposals and pre-sales efforts leveraging domain expertise.

- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and new initiatives within the Endur practice.

Your Skills and Experience :

- Demonstrated success managing digital solutions in the ETRM space from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality

- Knowledge and expertise within the energy & commodities industry

- Hands-on project experience implementing Endur ETRM package

- Good understanding of end to end processes in physical commodity, trading or banking industry

- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- 5+ years experience in delivering complex business or technology solutions, from solution design to end-to-end system implementation, in the ETRM space

- Experience in (or a strong desire to learn) techniques and methodologies that maximize flow of value and are deeply rooted in Agile, Lean and continuous delivery principles

Key Requirements :

Experience :

- 8- 14 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Strategy preferably with Endur exposure

Industry Focus :

- Energy & Commodities Trading and Risk Management (E/CTRM domain)

Education :

- MBA preferred, especially for strategy or energy management

Tools Knowledge :

- Must know Openlink Endur deeply; exposure to Allegro, Rightangle, EKA, etc. is a plus

Skills :

- Communication, stakeholder management, presentation, analytics, leadership, and problem-solving

Team Style :

- Work with cross-functional teams (product, tech, design, marketing, finance) in agile environments
