Were looking for a Mobile Development Manager with strong expertise in Android and iOS platforms who can combine hands-on technical depth with leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the vision, architecture, and roadmap for mobile applications.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable and high-performing apps.

- Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams for seamless releases.

- Implement best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, and app store deployments.

What Were Looking For :

- 10+ years in mobile application development.

- 3+ years in people management building and guiding high-performing teams.

- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD automation, and large-scale product delivery.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
