Manager - Information Systems & Security

The Role :

We are seeking a hands-on Manager Information Systems & Security to lead the design, management, and governance of our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity programs. Youll ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms while driving compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and other regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

IT & Infrastructure Management :

- Monitor performance, plan upgrades, and ensure high availability

Cybersecurity & Compliance :

- Conduct audits and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR

- Implement incident response and crisis management protocols

IT Governance & Risk :

- Conduct business impact and data privacy assessments

- Manage IT budgets, vendor evaluations, and capacity planning

Team & Vendor Management :

- Lead an IT security & support team

What Were Looking For :

- 12+ years in IT systems & security, including cloud infra (AWS)

- Certifications preferred: ITIL 4, ISO 27001, Agile/Lean IT, Network Security

- Strong expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), networking, data governance, cybersecurity tools

- Proven leadership, analytical, and planning skills
