Required / Must Have :

- 510 years of professional graphic / visual design experience (senior candidates : 8+ years preferred)

- B.Design or M.Design (required)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience with presentation and print deliverables : PowerPoint, email templates, brochures, PDFs, InDesign

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

- High organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Strong typography and layout skills with a clean, impactful aesthetic

- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design techniques, problem solving, and visual sensibility

Qualifications :

- Degree : B.Design or M.Design required; M.Design or equivalent graduate qualifications preferred for senior roles

- Experience : typically 510 years in visual design or related fields; candidates with 8+ years will be considered for senior-level responsibilities

- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a proactive work ethic

- Excellent interpersonal skills and project management capability

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while advancing independent design work

Preferred Qualifications :

- Degree from NID or similarly reputed design institution

- Fluency with both macOS and Windows environments

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPointexpert level, Excel charts, Word)

- Experience with UX/UI design and data visualization techniques
