Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced LS Central / Microsoft Dynamics Business Central professional to lead the ERP function end-to-end. The role will manage the functional and technical ERP team, own the Business Central platform and drive the migration from Dynamics NAV 2016 / LS Nav 16 to LS Central On-Premises.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the ERP & LS Central functional and technical team.

- Own LS Central / Business Central across POS, Back Office, Supply Chain and Finance.

- Drive NAV / LS Nav to LS Central migration, including implementation partners, project governance and delivery.

- Manage BAU support, integrations, issue resolution and system uptime.

- Partner with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.

- Define the ERP roadmap covering new functionality, upgrades, integrations and technical improvements.

- Ensure appropriate application access, data integrity and audit/compliance.

- Build internal team capabilities and manage external vendors/partners.

Key Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of relevant ERP experience.

- Strong LS Central / Business Central / Dynamics NAV experience.

- Strong functional + technical expertise.

- Hands-on understanding of AL development and extensions.

- Knowledge of Business Central architecture, REST/OData APIs and integrations.

- Functional expertise across POS, Retail, Supply Chain/Warehouse and Finance.

- Experience in ERP implementation/migration projects.

- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work with CXOs, business teams, technical teams and external consultants.
