Manager - Cyber Security

Job Title : Manager Cyber Security.

Location : Mumbai.

Experience : 610 Years.

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security professional to manage and strengthen our IT infrastructure security.

You will lead security assessments, firewall management, risk evaluations, and awareness programs to protect our network and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct security compliance assessments including Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Firewall Rule Reviews, and Endpoint Security.

- Analyze and approve firewall rule changes and remote access requests.

- Manage security tools such as Breach & Attack Simulation and Deception Technology.

- Lead Red Team exercises, Cyber Crisis Drills, and collaborate with vendors on security reports.

- Develop and promote cyber security awareness activities across teams.

- Evaluate security products and monitor their implementation, including cloud and digital initiatives.

- Prepare dashboards, reports, and present findings to management and security committees.

- Stay updated on global best practices and assist in policy reviews and new security initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Engineering Graduate / MCA / PG in Management.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Information Security.

- CEH certification desirable; CCNA / CCNP Security / CCSA is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of firewall management, IDS/IPS, secure network implementation, and security audits.
