MAN - Software Engineer

Qualification Criteria :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 60% throughout academics.

- Experience range : 6-8 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.

- Collaborate with system architects and stakeholders to align technical vision with product goals.

- Drive Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe) and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure clear and proactive communication within and across teams.

- Make decisions regarding usability, product features, and functionality.

- Gather, refine, and manage requirements and feature requests from stakeholders.

- Support requirement gathering and backlog refinement sessions.

- Occasionally travel to collaborate with global teams.

Must-Have Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Product Owner with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, backlog refinement, and product documentation.

Good-to-Have :

- Knowledge of ETL processes, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and general data management concepts.

- Automotive industry experience.

- Certified Product Owner (e.g., CSPO).

Skills :

- JIRA (Agile task management)

- Confluence (Documentation)

- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Conceptual understanding of modern data workflows
