- Insights & Post-Launch Iteration: Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to get customer insights and optimize user journeys. Analyze product performance post-launch and iterate aggressively to keep improving the product experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-paced D2C, E-commerce, or FinTech environment. Shopify experience is highly preferred.
- AI Fluency: A strong understanding of how to apply AI/LLMs to solve real-world product problems. You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand the technical possibilities and constraints.
- Growth Track Record: Proven experience in improving Conversion Rates (CR) and managing growth-centric product features.
