Role: Adobe Target Lead
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Calicut
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities :
Adobe Target Implementation & Ownership :
- Lead end-to-end implementation and management of Adobe Target (A/B testing, Multivariate Testing, Experience Targeting, Automated Personalization).
- Define and maintain Target governance, best practices, and implementation standards.
- Partner with development teams on at.js deployment, data layer integration, and performance optimization.
- Ensure seamless integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch / Tags.
Personalization & Experimentation Strategy :
- Design and execute personalization strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Drive experimentation roadmap including test ideation, hypothesis design, execution, and results analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional Target activities and personalized experiences.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer journey personalization across web and mobile.
Analytics & Optimization :
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze test results and customer behavior to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Optimize conversion rates using data-driven insights from Adobe Analytics and Target reporting.
- Ensure continuous improvement through experimentation and learning cycles.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration :
- Act as the primary Adobe Target SME (Subject Matter Expert) for business, marketing, and IT teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to implement personalized and optimized experiences.
- Conduct knowledge sessions and training for internal teams on Adobe Target capabilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors or Adobe partners when required.
Leadership & Governance :
- Mentor junior team members and review Target activities for quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and consent management standards (GDPR, etc.).
- Support roadmap planning for MarTech and personalization maturity.
