Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Majesco Policy Developer to join our insurance technology team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Majesco Policy for P&C platform, with hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and development to support digital insurance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the Majesco Policy platform to align with client business needs.

- Develop and maintain product definitions, rules, forms, and workflows.

- Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to gather requirements and ensure quality delivery.

- Integrate Majesco Policy with external systems using web services and APIs.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Majesco Policy Administration System (Client).

- Hands-on expertise in Product Configuration, Rating, and UI customization.

- Knowledge of Java, XML, SQL, and integration techniques (SOAP/REST).

- Familiarity with insurance domain (especially Property & Casualty).

Nice To Have Skills :

- Experience with Majesco Billing or Claims modules.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks.
