Job Summary :

We are looking for a TWS Scheduler & Administrator to join our 10-member team on a critical Banking Project. This role focuses on the administration, monitoring, and scheduling of Mainframe batch jobs using the Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TWS administration and possess foundational knowledge of Mainframe concepts to ensure smooth and efficient batch operations.

Key Responsibilities & Role Expectations :

The primary responsibilities for this role include :

- Scheduling & Administration : Experience in TWS Administration & scheduling and handling Application creation and Modification based on the requirement.

- Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Performing Batch Jobs Monitoring & Abend fixing.

- Application Management : Handling Application creation and Modification based on the requirement.

- Configuration : Experience in Server configuration and Decommission.

- Mainframe Knowledge : Should have proper knowledge in Mainframe concepts, including JCL & COBOL.

Desired Competencies (Technical) :

Must-Have :

- Tivoli Work Scheduler (TWS) administration in an enterprise environment.

- Should have proper knowledge in Mainframe (JCL & COBOL).

Good-to-Have :

- TWS administration experience with its functions to Plan, Install, Configure, Upgrade, Maintain, and Troubleshoot and failures on Windows & Linux systems.

- Completed projects in the creation of batch job processing in TWS.

- Experience in Workstation (WS) configuration and Decommission activities.

- Experience in Service Now change management, incident, and problem management.

- Good knowledge of DR (Disaster Recovery) activities.

- Handling Batch Job abends.
