Role Title : Mainframe Developer
Experience Required : 4+ years

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :
Batch Engineering & Development :
- JCL Expertise : Develop, maintain, and provide expert support for Job Control Language (JCL) on the IBM z/OS operating system, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
- SLA & Resilience : Ensure all batch environments meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain high levels of service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
- Incident & Change Management : Adhere rigorously to enterprise Incident and Change Management processes, ensuring compliance with all service management standards for all modifications and issues.
- Monitoring & Tooling (Preferred) : Utilize or gain experience with system monitoring and maintenance tooling to proactively track batch performance, preempt potential failures, and ensure overall health.
Platform & Collaboration :
- Specialized Tools (Preferred) : Familiarity with specialized scheduling and analysis tools like Horizont IWS Graph and BatchCP/AD is a distinct advantage.
- Communication : Maintain English fluency to facilitate clear communication and collaboration with international project and support teams.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Experience : 4+ years of professional mainframe development/engineering experience.
- Core Skills (Mandatory) : Expert proficiency in JCL and experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS).
- Communication : English fluency is mandatory for effective teamwork.
- Specialized Tools : Familiarity with tools like Horizont IWS Graph and BatchCP/AD is preferred.
Preferred / Nice to Have :
- Experience with system monitoring and maintenance tooling for z/OS.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Banking)
