Mainframe Developer - JCL/COBOL

Description :

- Write, review, and execute test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.

- Perform test data identification and data mining within databases.

- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Participate in customer meetings as required, providing updates and clarifications.

- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and customer

satisfaction.

- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution related to mainframe applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 7+ years in Mainframe development and testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, IMS DB/DC.

- High proficiency in IMS DB/DC and strong knowledge of SQL queries.

- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed test cases and solutions.

- Proven expertise in test scenario design, execution, and test data management.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Automotive domain experience is a plus.
