Mainframe Developer - COBOL

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with relational databases (e.g., DB2) to manage data operations and ensure data integrity.

- Develop and execute JCL jobs and support batch processing activities.

- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with mainframe systems.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for mainframe applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in COBOL programming.

- Experience working with mainframe databases (e.g., DB2, IMS DB).

- Familiarity with JCL, TSO/ISPF, and other mainframe utilities.

- Good understanding of batch and online processing.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
