About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Mainframe Developers with strong expertise in IDMS and related mainframe technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, development, and support of mainframe applications, with hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using IDMS.

- Work with Db2, VSAM, CICS, EasyTrieve, JCL to deliver scalable mainframe solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance mainframe jobs and applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

- Manage and monitor batch jobs using TWS/OPC scheduler (preferred).

- Support production systems, ensuring performance and stability.

- Contribute to application modernization and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Mandatory : Strong hands-on expertise in IDMS.

- Experience with : Db2, VSAM, CICS, EasyTrieve, JCL.

- Knowledge of mainframe job schedulers (TWS/OPC) is a plus.

- Exposure to Consumer domain projects preferred.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
