About the role :

- Were looking for a UI/UX Design Lead who can bridge design strategy, user empathy, and product vision in a tech-first environment.

- Youll lead the design direction across products built on blockchain infrastructure - spanning wallets, dashboards, data tools, and Dapps.

- The role demands a deep understanding of user behaviour in decentralized ecosystems, coupled with strong design systems thinking and the ability to inspire and mentor other designers.

What will you get to do :

- Lead and define design strategy and user experience across Web3 products and digital interfaces.

- Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences.

- Conduct user research to understand decentralized user journeys, pain points, and adoption barriers.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, including proven leadership in driving design strategy and execution.

- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, user flows, and system thinking - preferably across Web3, fintech, or tech products.

- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Framer, Webflow, Miro, etc.

- Solid understanding of Design Systems, visual styling, prototyping, and user flows.

- Strong grasp of front-end (HTML/CSS) and ability to collaborate closely with developers.
