Role : Head/Principal Product Manager.

- Lead multiple product strategies, aligning tech and design teams with business vision.

- Own the product roadmap, PRD, and user experience through market research and cross-functional collaboration.

- Your data-backed approach will be driven by market research and detailed internal and external stakeholder discussions.

- You will have ownership of a detailed PRD with functional and non-functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment.

Location : Noida (Hybrid) / 5 days.

What will you get to do? :

- Define and drive end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business to deliver scalable solutions.

- Drive detailed PRDs backed by user research, data insights, and market trends.

Profile Expectations :

- 8+ Years in Product management, Exchange/Blockchain/Crypto/NFT marketplace exposure is a must.

- Tech background and a Bachelors degree in tech stream.

- Prior experience of building and launching products in the Investment/Financial market.

- Strong user research, data-driven, research-oriented approach.

- Experience in FinTech, Payments and International markets will be added advantage.

- Led teams for an end-to-end Product life-cycle.
