Magna - Test Specialist - Software Quality Assurance

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain QA automation frameworks and test scripts using Python

- Automate end-to-end QA workflows, including functional, regression, and integration testing

- Develop and execute automated tests for web-based applications

- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with development teams for

resolution

- Apply AI/ML techniques to improve test coverage, defect prediction, and intelligent test

execution (where applicable)

- Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and dashboards

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and testing processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and domain

experts

Skill Requirements (Must Have) :

- Strong experience in Python programming for test automation

- Experience with QA flow automation and automation frameworks

- Experience in automated testing of web applications

- Familiarity with test case design, execution, and defect tracking

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
