Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first responder to requests and issues using the Matrix42 ticketing system.
- Ensure service requests and issues are resolved within defined timelines.
- Administer and support Planview One System Architecture, enhancing usability, performance, and integration with connected business systems.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, providing technical expertise aligned with project goals.
- Analyze business requirements related to customization and reporting, ensuring execution within agreed timelines and resources.
Customers & Business Interfaces :
- PlanviewOne global project organization, including Business Systems Owners and IT workstream leads.
- PlanviewOne Key User organization.
- Global MPT IT, BRM organization, and Magna Corporate IT.
- External partners such as vendors and consultants (primarily for Planview and connected systems).
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in organizational projects or knowledge of organizational/change management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in global, cross-cultural teams.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of business priorities and ability to align technology opportunities
accordingly.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on quality and service
