Role Overview :

The General Manager CRM & Finance will lead the development, management, and optimization of CRM and financial applications within the organization.

The role ensures that IT solutions support business objectives, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation goals.

This position requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Strategy & Governance :

- Define and implement IT applications strategy aligned with business goals.

- Oversee the architecture, scalability, and efficiency of CRM and financial systems.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and data integrity protocols.

- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing out-of-the-box solutions.

CRM Application Management :

- Design and enhance modules such as lead management, customer service, geo-tagging, dashboards, and integrations.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement real-time integrations via APIs.

- Manage CRM upgrades, changes, and performance optimization.

- Ensure seamless BAU support and resolution of CRM operational issues.

Finance Application Management :

- Oversee Oracle Fusion, Bank Reconciliation Tools, and Accounting Systems.

- Maintain financial data accuracy, integrity, and reporting efficiency.

- Identify process automation opportunities to improve financial efficiency.

- Coordinate integrations with peripheral applications for real-time data access and analysis.

Team & Vendor Management :

- Lead a team of application managers and developers.

- Manage external vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality IT solutions.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and team performance.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 1215+ years of experience in IT applications management, preferably within the insurance sector.

- Proven expertise in CRM and finance applications implementation.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation, project management, and team leadership.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
