Role Overview:
The App Support Manager ensures the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of all core and peripheral business applications.
The role involves technical troubleshooting, documentation, integration support, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organizations IT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal users and external clients.
- Monitor, manage, and resolve issues raised through the ticketing system.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of known issues and resolutions.
- Assist with software integrations and ensure system stability.
- Prepare and execute maintenance and upgrade schedules.
- Conduct root-cause analyses for application errors and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure uptime and reliability of business applications including Core, Mobile, and Portal systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of databases, systems integration, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Certifications: OCJP, .Net.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
