Job Summary : We are seeking a Junior Magento Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Magento-based eCommerce websites. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Magento 1.x and 2.x, PHP frameworks, and full-cycle eCommerce development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, configure, and maintain Magento 1x/2x eCommerce websites

- Develop custom Magento modules, extensions, and themes

- Integrate third-party services and Magento templates

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and website security

- Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to define project requirements

- Handle bug fixes, troubleshooting, and ongoing feature enhancements

- Follow best practices and coding standards across PHP and Magento frameworks

Technical Requirements :

- Strong experience in Magento (1.x and 2.x)

- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Experience with at least 2 PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony)

- Hands-on with Magento theme integration and customization

- Solid understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, AJAX, and REST/SOAP Web Services

- Basic exposure to Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

- Knowledge of SEO practices, Google Analytics, A/B testing tools

Preferred Skills :

- Magento Certification is an advantage

- Should have independently developed at least 3 dynamic Magento projects

- Experience with other CMS platforms like WordPress, OpenCart, OsCommerce
