We are now scaling our cloud and generative AI capabilities and are looking for a strong leader to head this critical function.

Role Overview : We are hiring a Cloud & Generative AI Capability Head to lead our strategic efforts in cloud infrastructure and AI-driven innovation.

This role will play a key part in shaping the technology roadmap, driving adoption of generative AI, and building a robust, scalable, and secure cloud foundation across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the strategy for cloud adoption and generative AI across the group.

- Build and manage a high-impact team focused on delivering cloud-based and Gen AI-enabled solutions.

- Drive implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Explore and implement generative AI models and APIs to solve business challenges.

- Work closely with the Presales team to develop solution proposals and technical narratives.

- Participate in client demos, presentations, and discussions to showcase AI capabilities.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into core offerings.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and cloud, and assess relevance to business goals.

- Promote best practices in cloud security, data governance, and AI model management.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies and AI/ML implementations.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure design.

- Proven experience working with Generative AI tools, models (LLMs), and APIs.

- Experience working in client-facing roles, including presales or solution consulting.

- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environments.
