MAF Group - Artificial Intelligence Programmer

Role Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated Artificial Intelligence Programmer to design, develop, and enhance AI-driven solutions. The role involves building and optimizing AI models and algorithms, with a strong focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and applied machine learning. You will work on both existing AI products and new accelerator initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Model Development & Engineering :

- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML models for pattern recognition and predictive analysis

- Build and optimize neural networks and deep learning architectures

- Improve model accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability

- Experiment with new algorithms and techniques to enhance AI capabilities

Software Development & Integration :

- Develop AI-driven components and integrate them into existing products and platforms

- Contribute to new accelerator and AI innovation projects

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code following best practices

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Cloud & Deployment :

- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions on cloud platforms

- Work with Google Cloud Platform (preferred), Azure, or AWS for AI workloads

- Support model versioning, testing, and production rollouts

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design AI solutions

- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and research

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Pattern Recognition and applied machine learning

- Very strong Python programming skills (minimum 23 years hands-on experience)

- At least 2 years of experience building and working with AI models

- Experience with neural networks and deep learning frameworks

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : Google Cloud (preferred), Azure, or AWS

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks

- Exposure to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Knowledge of MLOps concepts and AI lifecycle management

- Familiarity with REST APIs and AI service integration
