What role will you play?

In this role, you will safeguard Macquaries operations in Hyderabad by addressing security risks across physical, geopolitical, and fraud domains.

Leading initiatives like threat monitoring, crisis management, and executive protection, you will ensure the safety of our people and business activities.

Additionally, you will drive innovative security strategies aligned with Macquaries global vision whilst collaborating with various stakeholders and partners.

What You Offer :

- Lead intelligence gathering, threat monitoring, and trend analysis to enhance situational awareness in collaboration with global teams and partners.

- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee security frameworks aligned with organizational priorities.

- Implement and manage security protocols, including access control, CCTV systems, transport security, and vendor performance.

- Manage security incidents, investigations, and support forensic and fraud-related services while ensuring secure travel and protection for senior leadership.

- Lead crisis response efforts, support incident management teams, and deliver targeted security and fraud training.

- Identify technology improvements and contribute to Global Securitys strategic objectives.
