Our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) team is responsible for managing Macquaries Corporate Data Platform.

The businesses we support are highly reliant on the platform for a broad range of use cases including data science, self-service analytics, operational analytics and reporting.

What role will you play ?

In this role, you will deliver new platform capabilities using AWS and Kubernetes, driving resilience and capability enhancements that transform how the business utilizes the platform.

Your role will involve deploying tools, conducting primary communication or new technologies, and automating processes to improve efficiency.

Additionally, you will enhance CI/CD pipelines and support platform applications to ensure seamless operations.

What You Offer :

- 3+ years in Cloud, DevOps, or Data Engineering with hands-on expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in Big Data technologies (e.g., Hive, Spark, Presto) and strong scripting abilities (e.g., Python, Bash).

- Background in DevOps, Agile, Scrum, and Continuous Delivery environments.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and a keen interest in Big Data and Cloud technologies.
