Description :

This role is about owning and driving a technical product from idea to launch.

- You act as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution, converting requirements into clear specs and user stories.

- You run Agile processes (sprints, planning, reviews) to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- You work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders on web and AI-based features.

- Overall, you ensure the product is technically sound, user-focused, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements :

- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Manager in SaaS, web app, or AI-driven product environments.

- Proven experience writing product specs, designing workflows, and managing technical documentation.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and experience running Agile ceremonies.

- Ability to produce user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and flow diagrams (e.g., using Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools).

- Experience working closely with engineering on APIs, web applications, or AI/ML-powered solutions.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Hands-on familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana, etc.).

- Bonus : Experience developing or managing AI/ML products or developer-facing platforms.

- Project Management : Jira, Trello, Notion, Confluence (or similar)

- Diagrams & Swimlanes : Lucidchart, Miro, or equivalent

- Documentation Review : GitHub or GitLab

- Wireframing : Figma, Balsamiq, or similar

Responsibilities :

Product Ownership & Planning :

- Define and document product requirements, user flows, swimlanes, and acceptance criteria for web and AI-powered applications.

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specs for engineering teams.

- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Agile Delivery :

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Develop sprint goals, track progress, and remove roadblocks for development teams.

- Manage release planning and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Feature Management & Execution :

- Collaborate with engineering and design to develop detailed specifications and wireframes.

- Oversee feature development from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and alignment with user needs.

- Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams to inform continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership :

- Understand SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and AI/ML-powered features.

- Work with engineers to validate technical feasibility, define data flows, and support integration with internal/external systems.

- Review and refine product documentation, release notes, and developer guides as needed.

- Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Communicate clearly with business, engineering, and design teams to align on priorities and expectations.

- Present product updates, sprint outcomes, and roadmaps to leadership and stakeholders.
