Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Lead to design, build, and scale advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. The role involves leading ML initiatives, working closely with engineering and product teams, and delivering production-ready models that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and generative AI solutions.

- Apply algorithms and statistical techniques to generate accurate predictions and insights from large datasets.

- Analyze, clean, and resolve data quality and dataset-related challenges.

- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.

- Lead at least one production-level Generative AI / LLM implementation.

- Work with deep learning models and frameworks for NLP and other advanced use cases.

- Collaborate with full-stack engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications.

- Select appropriate ML algorithms, tools, and architectures based on problem statements.

- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ML engineers and data scientists.

- Document models, workflows, and best practices for long-term maintainability.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role, with leadership exposure.

Technical Skills :

- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python (preferred).

- Deep understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.

- Proven hands-on experience implementing Generative AI / LLM-based solutions in at least one real-world project.

- Experience working with LLM tools and frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.

- Hands-on experience with SciPy for scientific and technical computing.

- Expertise in deep learning, including TensorFlow, NLP, and related frameworks.

- Working knowledge of full-stack development concepts for ML integration.

- Proficiency in at least one Database Management System (DBMS).

- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
