Job Description :

Your Responsibilities :

- Work with a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to build and improve ML solutions.

- Contribute to different areas of machine learning such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, NLP, and speech processing.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements, set priorities, and plan timelines.

- Partner with the machine learning leadership team to define technical direction and system architecture.

- Help plan and take ownership of parts of the technical roadmap, including milestones, timelines, solution design, and delivery.

- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems in production.

- Apply new research and ideas to real-world product problems.

- Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and trends in machine learning and data science.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of experience working on machine learning and deep learning projects.

- Experience deploying systems using Docker and/or Kubernetes.

- Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or Transformer-based models.

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, version control, testing, and CI/CD.

- Ability to clearly communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers
