Machine Learning Engineer - R/Python

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-based solutions. The candidate will work with large datasets, build predictive models, optimize algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business problems.

- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.

- Train, test, and evaluate ML models for accuracy and performance.

- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.

- Work with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.

- Optimize existing AI systems for scalability and efficiency.

- Monitor model performance and retrain when necessary.

- Research new AI/ML technologies and industry trends.

- Create documentation for models, processes, and workflows.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts.

- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with ML frameworks such as :

1. TensorFlow

2. PyTorch

3. Scikit-learn

4. Keras

- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.

- Experience with SQL and databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of data visualization tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or

related field.

- Knowledge of software engineering best practices is preferred.

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.

- Experience working with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
