Job Summary :

- We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for business applications.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering, and model deployment, along with hands-on experience in Python and ML frameworks.

- The candidate will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to develop scalable AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision use cases.

- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.

- Develop and optimize algorithms for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

- Deploy machine learning models into production environments using MLOps best practices.

- Monitor model performance, retrain models, and manage model drift.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams for data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline automation.

- Integrate ML models with backend applications and APIs.

- Conduct experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation.

- Document ML workflows, experiments, and technical solutions.

- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
