Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python to design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models.

The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable ML solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications

- Build end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and evaluation

- Implement and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions

- Integrate ML models into production systems and APIs

- Monitor model performance, data drift, and retrain models as required

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and model validation

- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability using best practices

- Document models, workflows, and technical designs

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

- 3 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with ML libraries : scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras

- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

- Experience with SQL and working with large datasets

- Familiarity with software engineering best practices (OOP, design patterns, version control)
