Hiring : Machine Learning Engineer (Core ML & Predictive Modeling)

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong fundamentals in traditional ML and statistical modeling to solve real business problems using predictive analytics.

What Were Looking For :

Experience in EDA and core ML with real-world problem solving such as :

Financial & Business Analytics :

- Sales forecasting

- Marketing spend optimization / ROI prediction

- Loan approval / Credit risk modeling

- Financial risk assessment

- Stock market forecasting

Analytical & Predictive Modeling :

- Customer behavior prediction

- Demand forecasting

- Price optimization

- Churn prediction

- Revenue forecasting

Technical Expectations :

- Strong Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

- Feature engineering on structured/tabular data

- Supervised & Unsupervised ML algorithms

- Regression, classification, time-series modeling

- Model validation & performance tuning

- End-to-end model building (problem - data - model - evaluation)

- Ability to translate insights into business impact

What Were NOT Looking For :

- Data pipeline / ETL-focused profiles

- Snowflake / PySpark / Databricks-heavy experience

- Big data engineering / data warehouse specialists

- LLM / RAG / LangChain developers

- Generative AI or conversational AI builders

- AI agent / multi-agent system developers

- AI automation framework builders

This is not a Generative AI role - Neither a Data Engineer role

Ideal Candidate :

A strong ML practitioner who understands statistics deeply, performs thorough EDA, builds predictive models on structured data, and focuses on solving core business problems - not infrastructure or LLM systems.
