Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Data Scientist with 57 years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics. The candidate should possess hands-on experience with GCP and/or Azure, advanced statistical modeling, machine learning frameworks, and large-scale data processing technologies. A GCP Certification is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems.

- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

- Develop and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure.

- Build scalable data science pipelines using Spark, SQL, and cloud-native technologies.

- Perform advanced analytics, statistical modeling, predictive analysis, and optimization.

- Develop AI-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.

- Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and drive AI innovation initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and responsible AI standards.

Required Qualifications :

- 57 years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.

- Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models on GCP or Azure.

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling.

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.

- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.

- Experience with Spark, SQL, and large-scale data processing.

- Mandatory GCP Certification (Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Data Engineer, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Vertex AI and Google AI services.

- Knowledge of MLOps frameworks and model governance.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma.

- Exposure to cloud-native AI architectures.

- Experience leading AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
