Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, data engineering, model deployment, MLOps, and cloud platforms. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-world business problems.

- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions.

- Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.

- Integrate machine learning models into production applications using REST APIs and microservices.

- Implement best practices for model governance, security, testing, and reproducibility.

- Monitor deployed models, identify model drift, and retrain models as needed.

- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Engineering.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as :

1. Scikit-learn

2. TensorFlow

3. PyTorch

4. XGBoost

- Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.

- Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data analysis.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments.

- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.

- Experience with NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or NLTK.

- Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Experience with model monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
