Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to understand business requirements and build end-to-end machine learning systems that are maintainable, reusable & scalable

- Work along with Machine Learning Engineers to build and improve the tools to train, monitor, and evaluate model performance

- Identify problems in data, define data quality metrics, and improve them using programming or data labeling techniques

- Perform modeling tasks in support of prototypes and proofs-of-concept

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of industry experience in designing and training deep learning models

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts, especially in one or more of the following fields : Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Audio

- Good working exposure with Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) concepts

- Strong programming skills in the Python language

- Flexible to work in a dynamic environment with different frameworks and requirements

- Good Experience with one or more deep learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face)
