What you will do :

- Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve a variety of problems, with a focus on natural language processing.

- Build multi-domain and multi-lingual dialogue systems for task-oriented conversational agents, supporting dynamic and personalized customer interactions.

- Translate user stories and business requirements into technical solutions by building quick prototypes or proof-of-concepts, and convert these into scalable, production-grade solutions.

- Evaluate and select off-the-shelf components versus building custom solutions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Own delivery of features from concept to code to production, following best practices in development and CI/CD.

- Develop tools and libraries to enable rapid and scalable ML development for future use cases.

- Work closely with product owners, data engineers, and other team members to deliver innovative AI solutions

You are a successful candidate if you :

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.

- Have 4+ years of experience as ML engineer, with hands-on experience delivering products or solutions utilizing NLP.

- Possess deep expertise in a range of deep learning architectures, including transformers, RNNs/CNNs, and transfer learning, with a proven track record of delivering value in real-world production environments.

- Have a solid understanding of Agentic Architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Are highly proficient in Python.

- Are fluent in one or more major ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
