Machine Learning Engineer

Description :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.

- Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Deploy models into production using MLOps tools and ensure ongoing performance monitoring and retraining.

- Conduct A/B testing, model validation, and performance evaluation using standard ML metrics.

- Stay updated with emerging ML/AI techniques and implement innovative approaches.

- Collaborate with cloud engineers for deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

- Document ML processes, code, and research findings for reusability and transparency.

- Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.

- Proven experience with end-to-end ML model lifecycle - from data preparation to deployment.

- Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and feature stores.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, etc.).

- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and data analysis.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI).

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data preprocessing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) is an advantage.

- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Certifications in Machine Learning / Deep Learning / Cloud ML tools are preferred.
