- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project objectives.

- Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and ensure best practices in project planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Drive integration efforts across systems and manage technical complexities related to architecture and interfaces.

- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate effective communication across teams and provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Support strategic planning and decision-making processes related to Pega technology adoption and project portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills :

Must-Have :

- 10-12 years of IT experience with significant exposure to Pega development and delivery.

- Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or equivalent Pega certification (LSA Part 1 required).

- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integrations, and SDLC methodologies.

- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale Pega projects end-to-end.

- Excellent project management skills with experience using Agile/Scrum and traditional waterfall

methodologies.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with cross-functional collaboration experience.

- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred :

- Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega Infinity platform.

- PMP or other project management certifications.
