Title : Senior Pega Developer

Location : Hyderabad Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC applications on the Infinity platform with a focus on scalability and performance.

- Leverage Pegas out-of-the-box (OOTB) features including Case Management, Job Schedulers, SLAs, Queue Processors, Data Pages, Data Models, Integrations, Report Definitions, Single Sign-On, Workflows, Connectors, Authentication, and OAuth.

- Work hands-on with Constellation and DX-API frameworks to enhance application capabilities.

- Perform system optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high system availability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Follow BPM implementation methodologies and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and support team members as needed.

- Participate in Pega Cloud deployment activities (preferred but not mandatory).

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills :

Must-Have :

- Minimum 6+ years of IT experience with 4.5+ years specifically in Pega development.

- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC Infinity platform.

- Proven experience in Constellation and DX-API frameworks.

- Deep understanding of OOTB Pega features (Case Management, SLAs, Queue Processors, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred :

- Good understanding of BPM implementation methodologies and best practices.
