Job Title : Pega Lead System Architect

Exp : 10-15 years

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design robust business applications using Pega PRPC and related Pega frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.

- Translate complex business requirements into effective application designs and builds that meet functional and non-functional needs.

- Critically review the work of development teams to ensure high quality and consistency with architectural principles.

- Serve as a thought leader for clients, advising on both business and technical dimensions to solve complex business challenges using Pega technology.

- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of PRPC architecture and leverage all design and implementation features to optimize solution delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Program Managers to size projects accurately, manage scope, identify risks, and ensure successful

delivery.
- Own accountability for the alignment of business and technical architecture with customer requirements, committing to realizing business benefits and ensuring customer success.
- Engage in developing and identifying additional consulting opportunities within the customer base to expand business relationships.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the team and personally stay current with evolving Pega technologies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

Must-Have :

- Minimum 10+ years of overall Pega experience with at least 8+ years in related roles.

- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.

- Proven expertise in architecting and designing complex Pega solutions using PRPC and Pega frameworks.

- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and application builds.

- In-depth understanding of BPM/BRE concepts and Pega best practices.

- Experience in mentoring and reviewing the work of development teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to deliver business value.

- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with program/project management.

Preferred :

- Experience with Pega Cloud deployment and Pega Infinity platform.

- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth.
