About the Role :

The Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Changi Airport is expanding its capabilities to integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio custom agent development into its existing low-code solutions. We are looking for a skilled and experienced M365 Copilot & Copilot Studio Engineer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent, automated solutions that enhance business processes and end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop custom AI agents, automations, and integrations leveraging Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions with AI/ML and Copilot integrations.

- Ensure solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions for performance and reliability.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the CoE.

- Stay updated with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, AI tools, and emerging automation technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Platform, and low-code/no-code development.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, and related tools.

- Strong experience in AI/ML integration, custom connectors, and API development for Microsoft 365.

- Proficient in SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph API.

- Experience in designing, building, and deploying intelligent business solutions using Microsoft technologies.

- Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Microsoft 365 solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with global teams.
